Massage therapy is manual manipulation by a licensed massage therapist of body tissues such as muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments, to enhance a person’s health and well-being. We offer many different modalities from neuromuscular, myofascial, deep tissue, swedish, muscle activation, positional release, and lymphatic drainage.

Medical Massage Therapy

Medical Massage Practitioners work hand-in-hand with medical doctors and chiropractors to develop a massage therapy plan for injured patients. They provide preventative care through therapeutic massages and medical techniques to get you results faster by addressing the primary issue to relieve the secondary symptoms of pain. They are trained to work with Workman’s Comp claims and personal injury claims.

Polarity & Reiki

Polarity and reiki are similar in many ways but have some differences as well. They both work with the energy within the body and were developed in western medicine. In polarity, therapists work with energetic points throughout the body to remove blockages and encourage the body to re-balance it’s own flow. Reiki is done with full hand or no hand contact and send the energy in to where it is needed.

Cupping

Cupping is a form of alternative medicine that helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. It can also be used in a deep tissue massage. A therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to promote circulation.
