Melissa delivers the highest quality of holistic healing through massage, energy work, exercise and wellness programs to address the body, mind and spirit spectrum as a whole. She has an extensive background with the anatomy of the body and can provide proper techniques for muscle pain management, such as hydrotherapy and stretches for the entire body focused on your occupation or hobby. She also adds Reiki to every session.

Melissa works with all types of massage modalities. If you’re looking for a therapeutic massage, relaxation/swedish, pregnancy, sports, deep tissue or trigger point therapy, she’ll help relieve your symptoms of pain and restore your body’s balance. Whether you’re a Crossfit fan, a marathoner, golfer, baseball player, desk worker, construction worker, sales representative, Melissa holds numerous programs at corporate venues, including chair massage events and wellness competitions.

Sasha Miller, LMT

Sasha believes strongly in the interconnectedness between the distinct components of the body, and also between the body and the mind. She seeks to provide healing to individuals through conscious bodywork, reduce daily stress and support individuals in working through challenges presented in and by their bodies.

Sasha uses a variety of techniques including neuromuscular, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, stretching, and range of motion to create a unique session that best suits the individual’s needs at the time.

In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog and walking in the woods, swimming in the ocean, playing violin, and pretending she can dance.

Jayna LaFontaine, LMT

Jayna specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial release and stretching. She especially enjoys getting into specific areas, especially origins and insertion points of muscles, having active sessions where the client and her work together with breathing and communication to make the most effective session and educating them on how to stretch and take care of themselves for their longevity. Jayna believes that you must integrate the mind body and soul for a healthier life style through meditation, stretching, breathing, diet and mental exercises. When not working Jayna enjoys long walks in the woods, acuyoga, photography, painting and cooking.
